Information Meeting for New Members

Dry Land Training Group Workouts

Where:  Eau Claire YMCA
            101 - 3 Street SW
            Studio C/D (opposite the cardio room)

When:   TBA
            Thursdays 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Parking is available on the street, in parking lots surrounding the YMCA or underground at the Eau Claire Market (discounted after 6:00 PM)

What to bring:

  • exercise clothes
  • indoor running shores
  • water
  • lock for your locker (these can be also be borrowed from the front desk)
  • photo ID if using a day pass

Y passes are valid at any YMCA

Dragon Boat Practices

Where:  Heritage Park docks
             Heritage Drive west of 14 Street SW

Park in the Heritage Park parking lot at the west end by Gasoline Alley. Meet at the picnic tables in the grassy area south of the parking lot.

What to bring:

  • paddle
  • PFD (personal floatation device)
  • water and holder 
  • non-slip shoes - running shoes, Teva or Keen type shoes
  • clothing with layers of wicking fabric
  • hat
  • sunglasses
  • rain poncho
  • towel and dry, warm clothes to keep in your car
  • small ziploc bag for your keys
